Job Responsibilities: • Help customers with orders, complaints and questions about the products we sell • Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns • Help customers understand the product and answering questions about their purchase/returns. • Creating reports and searching for prices for the devices being sold and track the devices being delivered Qualifications: • With at least 2 years Customer Service role experience • Experience handling E-Commerce account is a plus • Knowledge with Amazon and other E-commerce marketplaces preferred but not required • Outstanding communication skills both oral and written
